Painter, Illustrator, Collage Artist... I have a studio in the Drake neighborhood where I make paintings and collage & I paint murals around the city inside and outside. I love how public art can elevate spirit. I recently illustrated the Prairie Majesty Oracle which was written by Kara Simons.  We published ourselves and it has since been picked up by Hay House Publishing and is available to purchase online. I am wrapping up mural season (years of murals) to focus on a book project based on two art shows. The book is "The Art of Family Tragedy and How to be Amazing Anyway". It is a photo, art, activity book sharing my family's story of tragedy and my work to heal the trauma through ART. "From the Altar" is a group show I am hosting at the The Teachout Building October 28-November 2.
I look forward to showing up for ART WEEK 2022 for an open studio in my neighborhood and to lead a relaxing meditation and yoga practice in the Highland Park neighborhood>
